Mentoring and Consulting  Carla DeSantis provides career counseling and a 6-week mentoring program for artists and bands seeking practical and sound advice on how to take their careers to the next level. Using a life-coach inspired approach, artists are gently guided and encouraged to develop a plan for achieving goals based on where you are and where you want to be. Intuitive and inspiring, Carla can help you get "unstuck" during those times when you are unsure how to move forward. Rates are $175.00 for a one-hour mentoring career assessment. (You spend more than that on other stuff you think you need.) Consults are done over the phone and you may record them if you like. We will discuss what you've done up to this point, define what you want to do in your career and plan a do-able course of action on how to get there. Because "talent" is subjective and often a matter of taste, we do not review music or assess what your talent level is. (Although we can recommend people who can.) What we offer is goal-setting and achievement techniques to help you reach your full potential. Carla also works with businesses and provides expert advice on strategic marketing, promotions, image development, artist relations, event/conference/trade show planning, product positioning, branding, focus groups, sponsorship, advertising, independent publishing and more.
